The dialer can dial predictively, at a ratio or one-call-at-a-time and can also function as an ACD for inbound calls, as well as blend inbound and outbound calling, or for closer calls coming from fronters.

  • Share the hetzner.com or contabo.com portal credentials to us and we will choose the server plan based on the number of agents.
  • For using the WebPhone/WebRTC & Dynamic Portal Validation, a SSL is required which can be installed on the subdomain. You have to provide us the subdomain name by creating an 'A' record from your C-Panel in the DNS Zone editor and set the dialer IP which will be provided by us.
